I N T R O D U C T I O N
Moribund is a realistic, semi-literate dog rpg that takes place in the fictional city of Los Hayden where every day of a dog’s life is like a test of it's survival. The city is no place for pets. The dangers of the city are a harsh reality, and unfortunate souls must struggle to find food, shelter, and protection. If starvation doesn't slowly suck the life out of you, you're still at risk of diseases carried by fleas and parasites, and even other dogs may endanger your life. You're lucky that most of the city streets are so congested that traffic never seems to move fast enough to do any damage if you happen to get hit by a car. Too bad this doesn't include the streets in the slums or the outer city limits, where stray dogs are most common. I guess you had better watch your step, mutt, or you wont last a minute.

It's been said that the end of world would come about in an explosion of flame. Of blood. Of suffering. It's been said that when the day came, such violence would rend the Earth's surface and leave nothing in it's wake.
When the bomb detonated, the force of the explosion shook Earth to its very core. The plates were heaved together. The human race was wiped out in the blink of an eye. Sheer heat scorched the landscapes for hundreds of miles. In a single heartbeat, the planet had been changed from a diverse haven to a bloodied wasteland.
But life has an ancient, stubborn way of breaking through the darkness. Scattered across the landscape, dogs that had hidden in the caverns and canyons had been spared from the worst of the radiation. In the bomb's crater, the fallout had altered the inhabitants. New animals were arising - Hellhounds. Dogs with extraordinary mutations, dogs that were so changed, so altered, they seemed the embodiment of evil itself.
The broken survivors - both Hellhound and Dog - are beginning to gather. With so little resources left on this land, war is imminent. One side must give way. Which one will it be?
A long, long time ago, the Fates ruled the land of Avalon. There could only be one Fate in the world at a time, or the balance would be thrown off. They held the keys to Life and Death, and became immortal. But there was one secret to their immortality...one the world was about to discover....
Five countries vary greatly: Kolshtak, a desert home for gypsies, merchants, and knights, who form communities around sources of water; Manti, home to elves and due to a recent civil war, they now strive for peace; Lalan'ay, landlocked, it have become known for its diplomacy and trading routes; Pyroose, the barbarian country with clans fighting bitterly for survival…and Shayz'renth, centered between them and known for having powerful sages who can grant power.

When two beings are joined, they attain certain things from each other. The animal gains a human's intelligence, emotion, and ability to reason. The human would gain certain attributes from the animal, such as the ability to see during night, flexibility, among many traits. However, the Connected soon found themselves unhappy with their treatment. They were not humans but test subjects and little more than a lab rat to the Scientists and Military Officials.
Needless to say, a breakout occurred and nearly all the Connected broke free of their imprisonment. Now Noix City is filled with strange things- from spottings of Lions and Bald Eagles, to people who seem to jump from roof to roof. How long will the Connected be able to stay out of Government grasp? And for how long will the citizens keep from figuring out what has happened? Only time and the decisions the Connected make will tell.

Many generations ago, long before our ancestors were born, there lived two brothers, Orion and Axil. Together they created Trenton, the land that we now call home. It was a vast land, stretching as far as the eye could see, beautiful in many ways. They also gave our ancestors three packs, three homes. The packs were called Aislynn, Naden and Korva and they were meant to live in peace for many generations to come. The peace lasted for quite some time, with the packs under the leadership of both brothers, but it could not last forever. For, behind Orion’s back, his brother Axil was forming an uprising. He wanted complete power over all the packs and that meant he wanted his brother out of the way. When Orion heard of this betrayal, he confronted his brother about it. However, Axil denied having ever tried to dispose of him. The tyranny continued until, finally, Orion caught his brother in the middle of one these meetings. A fight between the brothers broke out, it is said that it went on for hours, maybe even days, before they finally had no more energy to battle.
From that moment on, Axil was banned to the underworld, never to return to earth or the heavens. He began to call himself Lord Axil and gathered many dogs just like himself that were faithful, his new pack was referred to as the Kearn pack. His brother did the same, finding his own followers; however, they were called the Adalade and resided in heaven, whereas the Kearn resided in hell.
The three packs that they had began still lived on earth, however they were taught to worship Orion and the Adalade, but disapprove and think lowly of Lord Axil and the Kearn. Generations passed and the numbers of feral dogs in the town grew to an overwhelming extent. When humans from other towns began to disapprove of the conditions of the dogs, the humans closed off the town and made it illegal for others to trespass. Slowly, the people began to disperse and the numbers slowly trickled down until none were left but the dogs. That is when the rumors began. It's being said that the alpha of the Korva pack was worshipping Lord Axil and the Kearn and not the Adalade as he should be. The brother saw his chance at that point, to ruin Orion. He's sending the dogs of his pack to roam the lands, telling of all the great that Lord Axil can do for them, how fulfilling it is to worship him. They are known as converters and we can’t quite tell who they are in a crowd for they look just like the rest of us. The Adalade are sending messages to the healers and they are not pleased with this uprising. But, the Korva pack are growing stronger and are bent on killing any who do not follow his Lord Axil.
Are Aislynn and Naden doomed to be destroyed for not following the Lord, or is there hope yet for Orion’s faithful followers? How many will suffer?

A Midsummers Night Out for the NYPD Crimelab turned violent after shots came through the glass windows of the local bar. What a bloody scene it was, and it changed the team or at least few of the member's lives. Detective Danny Messer was Shot! But thankfully, in some people's opinion, he lives, but is confined to a wheelchair for the foreseeable future. Now the team are trying to come together to find justice for him, and to continue solving crimes as they are known to do.
There is loads of files on the desks of NYPD's heroes, one day, we hope to get them all solved. But crime, never rests. Not in New York.Never A Day Off. Same could be said about the other Crime labs around the country and perhaps around the world. Crime is universal but so is hope, victory and justice.
Soon, a huge crimewave would hit and leave our favorite CSI's underhanded. What is worse, that in midst of this major crimewave in NYC, Lucy gets kidnapped and maybe some of the Crimelab gets arrested at some point. How will the team react? By calling reinforcements from the Vegas and Miami crimelabs, and hell, throw in the NCIS branches from Los Angeles and Washington DC.
Who knows what might happen. maybe a break in few cases, or strange connections to other cases..
